This one inflates once it is in. A hand pump widens the shaft while it sits in place, and a release valve lets the air out quickly when it is time. Insert first, inflate after, which is what the design assumes. It measures 19 cm in total with 15 cm insertable, 3.5 cm across deflated. TPR, veined, on a strong suction cup.
