A thimble that slides onto a fingertip like a ring and stays there, turning a hand into the thing that vibrates. The tip is textured, so contact is a little rougher than a plain TPR surface would be, and the body stretches to fit different fingers. Ten modes cover the range. Three LR44 button cells sit inside, and the whole thing drops into a pocket.
