Brandon is a cock ring with a sheath attached, so it covers the shaft instead of only sitting at the base. The ring is flexible silicone and goes on at the base; the button at the top starts the vibration, which reaches the clitoris and carries along the shaft as well. It comes off whenever you want. Waterproof, and rechargeable over USB.

A little water-based lubricant goes a long way, and it will not harm the silicone.
Rinse it under running water with a mild soap — the seal is made for it — and dry it fully afterwards.
