A two-loop ring in soft TPR: one loop over the penis, one behind the testicles, moulded as a single piece. There is one size, and the stretch in the material is what makes that work, pulling wide to go on and drawing back in once it is in place.
TPR is porous and reactive, so water-based lubricant is the only safe choice.
