Texture runs the full depth of the chamber here, behind an entry made narrow on purpose, and the far end is sealed rather than open. That closed end is what lets suction build instead of leaking away. It is a substantial sleeve in soft TPR, weighty in the hand, moulded to an anatomical shape rather than bored straight through.

A water-based lubricant preserves the TPR; anything else shortens its life.
Wash the TPR with a mild unscented soap and let it dry completely before storage. Stored against other soft toys it picks up marks, so give it a spot of its own.
