A hollow sleeve on an elastic strap: the wearer goes inside it, and the strap does the holding rather than a full harness. The sleeve is silicone and runs 17.75 centimetres long by five across, with a stainless steel ring at the base, also five centimetres. The elastic adjusts over a wide range, and the whole thing is waterproof.
