A silicone plug that inflates by hand: narrow going in, at 1.5 cm across, then wider with each squeeze of the pump until it sits where you want it. The insertable length is 9.8 cm of 14.5 cm in total, and the air is released through a valve. The pump stays attached by its tube throughout.
