The strap is the working part here — it loops around the testicles so the sleeve stays where you put it. It adds girth, in TPR, finished in a flesh tone with a realistic shape rather than an abstract one. It adds length as well. Plain equipment, and it holds because of that strap.

Wash the TPR with a mild unscented soap and let it dry completely before storage. Keep it out of contact with other soft toys in storage.
