The smallest of the three Extreme sizes, which still puts it well past the ordinary. Light skin tone, veins and balls moulded in, and a suction-cup base that takes it hands-free. Phthalate-free PVC, and the shape is a natural one scaled up rather than an exaggerated one.
PVC is not fussy about lubricant, but a water-based one stays kind to any soft parts as well.
Clean it with warm soapy water after use, then dry it and store it somewhere cool.
