This prostate massager from the Anal Fantasy Elite line does two things at once. Electrostimulation runs between two contact points, one internal and one external, and a separate motor supplies vibration. The two systems work independently, so the electro pulses can run alone or layered over vibration. The body is narrow and angled to reach the prostate while resting against the perineum.
