Hollow through the middle, so it goes over rather than instead: five centimetres of added length, on a sleeve that runs 18.5 centimetres in total and 4.5 across. A scrotal strap holds it in position. The silicone is the liquid kind, stretchy, with a surface worked to look like skin. Water does it no harm.
