Twenty-two and a quarter centimetres end to end, 4.5 across, adding five centimetres over what it covers. Hollow, so it fits over rather than replacing, and a scrotal strap keeps it from wandering out of position. Liquid silicone gives the surface its realism and the sleeve its stretch. Fragrance-free and phthalate-free.

Silicone bodies and silicone lubricants do not belong together — water-based is the answer.
Warm water and a neutral soap are enough; the waterproof body takes a full rinse without complaint.
