A dumbbell shape for kegel work, with vibration added: ten levels run through the ABS and silicone body, and a remote handles the switching so the hand does not have to. The shell is rated IPX6, and the battery charges over USB rather than taking cells. This one is dark red.

A little water-based lubricant goes a long way, and it will not harm the silicone.
Wash the silicone with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry it before it goes back in the drawer.
