The Explore Kit is the way to work out which size you need: it contains both the smaller Size A and the larger Size B, so you can try each one and keep the other for lighter or heavier days. Both are soft flexible silicone with a handle at the base, worn for up to twelve hours and boiled for three minutes between cycles.
