The large sleeve, made for the RX11 pump: transparent TPE with texture inside, so it grips and releases along the stroke instead of simply sliding. Being clear, it shows what it is doing, which is a good part of the appeal. It sits inside the cylinder and turns the pump into a stroker. Lubricant is what makes the stroke work.
Give it a wash with gentle soap and warm water, and make sure it is dry before storing.
