The Fantasy X-Tensions Real Feel Enhancer XL is an open-ended girth sleeve: the head stays uncovered, so you still enjoy the natural touch of your partner, while the Fanta Flesh shaft makes you 33% thicker. The sleeve can be trimmed at the tip for a perfect fit, and a ball strap keeps it in place. The ultra-lifelike material is super-stretchy, so one size fits most. It is phthalate-free. It is not a condom.
