Discreet, worldwide shipping
Every order from EROSSA is packed and shipped with your privacy in mind. This page explains how shipping works, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product images, or descriptions of the contents on the outside. The sender name on the parcel does not reveal what you ordered. Nobody handling or receiving the package — from couriers to people in your household — will be able to tell what’s inside.
The same applies to payment. Your card or bank statement shows only our company name, with no description of the items purchased and nothing that indicates the nature of the products.
Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union: no customs, duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders delivered outside the European Union: your parcel may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee, charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient, usually to the carrier on delivery. Whether they apply, and how much, depends on your country’s rules and the value of your order. If you’re unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Parcels refused because of import charges cannot be refunded for the shipping cost.
Processing and delivery times
Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed. The delivery times listed under Shipping costs above are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order, so the total time to receive your parcel is the preparation time plus that transit time.
Those times do not include customs. Orders travelling outside the European Union — including the United States — may be held for customs clearance on arrival, and may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Those charges are paid by the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, and can follow it through to delivery from our order tracking page.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress on our order tracking page using the tracking number sent to your email.
