These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the erossa.com website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

erossa.com is operated by ARBORE REAL ESTATE SRL, a company registered in Romania under registration number (CUI) 43079742, trade register no. J2020012061402, with its registered address at Drum Pădurea Neagră 1-17, Sector 1, 014044 București, Romania (“EROSSA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Our products are intended for adults. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout, and the price shown is the final amount payable. If your card uses a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees. No VAT or other tax is added at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you before processing it, and you may cancel at no cost.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order (e.g. by email or order confirmation page). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping costs, delivery areas, and discreet packaging are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase, and a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on all products, as required by EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/771). Full details, including the hygiene-seal exception that applies to intimate products and our model withdrawal form, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When using this website, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation.

To the extent permitted by law, EROSSA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or defective products under mandatory legal guarantees).

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the EU member state where you reside.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first via our Contact page so we can try to resolve it directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) — the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection — which also acts as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) body: anpc.ro / reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. You can also bring the matter before the competent courts in Romania. If you are an EU consumer based in another member state, you can find the alternative dispute resolution body responsible for your country via the European Commission’s consumer redress directory: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. (Note: the Commission’s previous Online Dispute Resolution / ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
