A finger sleeve 7.5 cm long and 3.6 cm across, with the motor unit built to slide out of the silicone body. That matters for two reasons: the batteries inside can be swapped when they run down, and the sleeve can be handled on its own. The silicone warms quickly against the skin and holds that warmth, and it is non-porous, odourless and free of plasticisers.

Choose a water-based lubricant; a silicone-based one would slowly degrade the silicone.
Hand wash the silicone with a gentle unscented soap and dry it before it goes away.
