The HydroXtreme 9 X40 is a hydraulic penis pump from Bathmate that uses water instead of air to create the vacuum; the maker puts it at 15% longer than the X7 Xtreme. It has a rotating dual-position fitting for comfort, an ultra-soft pad for a solid seal and a top valve for releasing the pressure, works in and out of the water and is designed for use with Hydromax pleasure rings.
To use it, fill it under water in the bath, insert the penis so that the pad rests against the base of the pelvis and push the pump towards you repeatedly: the water is expelled through the top valve and the vacuum builds. Rest for about five minutes between pumping cycles, release the valve slightly if the pressure feels too strong, and release the pressure with the button on top after 15 to 20 minutes. The maker recommends sessions of 15 to 20 minutes, three times a week.
