A kit rather than a single item: a masturbator sleeve in Bathmate’s silky soft silicone, a glans stimulator, and a penis and testicle ring in the same silicone, all driven by the 10-speed IPX7 Vibe bullet. A storage case and lubricant complete the kit, which Bathmate presents as an endurance package.

Water-based lubricant suits the silicone; oil-based and silicone-based ones do not.
Warm water, a soap without perfume, and a towel: that is the whole routine here.
