Beads run down the outside of this sleeve, raised enough to be felt through it, while the inside stays a smooth open chamber. Liquid silicone stretches a long way before any tension shows, so it settles into place rather than pinching. It is a short sleeve, worn over rather than in place of, and it adds width along its whole length.
