A soft silicone sleeve that pulls over the penis and adds about five centimetres. The outside is textured rather than smooth, the material is clear enough to see through, and the flexibility is the point: it takes whatever size it is put on. The closed base doubles as a ring at the bottom.
Keep silicone-based lubricant off it and use a water-based formula instead.
