A silicone collar that fits over the mouth of a pump cylinder, so the rim meets skin through something soft rather than hard plastic. It stretches onto the opening and stays there, keeping the seal intact without the edge pressing a line into you. The sleeve itself is 7.5 centimetres deep and 3.25 across.
Clean it with warm soapy water after use, then dry it and store it somewhere cool.
