Pump cylinders are rigid exactly where they touch you, and that is the part this accessory changes. The sleeve pushes onto the open end and gives the seal a flexible edge instead of a firm one, which takes the bite out of the suction at the rim. Dimensions: 3.25 centimetres across, 7.5 deep.
A neutral soap and warm water keep the silicone in good condition; dry it before it goes away.
