A silicone ring with weight built into it, 110 grams of it, so what registers is heft rather than compression alone. The silicone keeps it elastic enough to stretch on. Three centimetres of inside diameter, which puts it at the narrower end of the range.
Keep silicone-based lubricant off it and use a water-based formula instead.
Warm water and a neutral soap are enough; dry it fully before putting it away.
