A 20 by 3 cm shaft, angled rather than straight, made to hold its position once placed rather than be worked by hand. The bullet that drives it pulls out of the housing, so the vibration can be used on its own elsewhere or left out entirely if only the shape is wanted. Nothing about it needs a cable.
