It goes in at 4.5 cm and grows from there: a squeeze bulb inflates the body to whatever width is wanted, and a release button lets the air back out slowly for removal. The hose detaches once it is inflated and the probe holds its size without it. Sixteen centimetres overall before inflation, silicone with ABS release valves, and a strong suction cup base, so it can be used with or without a harness or mounted on a flat surface. It is made for extended wear.
