Choose the big cactus design and you get a Condomerie condom painted by hand, one at a time, on natural latex. Hand-finished rather than mass-made, the big cactus gives the latex a crafted, one-off look. It is not a contraceptive. It gives no protection against STIs. Avoid it if you are allergic to latex. Hand it over with the big cactus facing up and let it start the conversation.
