The design here is a cake: Condomerie dips the latex condom first and then paints it by hand. The cake is brushed on with non-toxic pigments and dyes. This is not a contraceptive. Nor does it protect against STIs. Not for people allergic to latex. Give the cake design as a joke, a keepsake or an Amsterdam-style curiosity.
