Fitz Model 8 from Crazy Bull is a soft silicone ring of 55 by 55 mm, 25 mm across the inside and 20 mm thick. Stretch it on and it closes around the base of the penis with a firm but comfortable pressure. The durable material is made for regular use.
Keep silicone-based lubricant off it and use a water-based formula instead.
Warm water with a little neutral soap, then a thorough dry, is the whole of it.
