Diversia’s rotating rabbit puts a moving shaft and a clitoral arm on a single body. The motor drives the Squeel System, which cycles through movement patterns rather than plain buzzing, and the shaft rotates while it works. The outer skin is a super soft silicone that keeps the toy quiet in the hand, and the whole thing recharges over USB.

Keep to a water-based lubricant here, since anything silicone-based will attack the soft silicone skin.
Rinse it under warm water with a mild neutral soap after each session, then dry it before it goes back in the drawer.
