Description

A weighted set for pelvic floor work, starting light and moving up as the muscles get used to it, lightest through medium to heaviest. The silicone is soft and smooth. Each ball can be worn under clothes for half an hour at a time, through work or a walk, with the weight rising as that becomes easy.

The body takes water without trouble, so wash it under the tap with a neutral soap and dry it after.
