The Fantasy X-Tensions Mega 1 is a penis extension sleeve that adds 1 inch (25 mm) at the tip and makes the shaft 66% thicker all around. Its ultra-lifelike Fanta Flesh is super-stretchy, so one size fits most, and the base can be trimmed for a perfect fit. Your partner feels deeper penetration and a fuller shaft. It is phthalate-free. It is not a condom.
