These are B Balls Duo: two weighted spheres in a silicone body, with a flat base for comfort while worn. There is no motor. The weights shift with your movement, which produces a sensation closer to something happening than to something buzzing. Purple, tapered for insertion, and sealed to IPX7.

Choose a water-based lubricant; a silicone-based one would slowly degrade the silicone.
Rinse it under running water with a mild soap and dry it fully afterwards.
