Smartball Uno is a single weighted ball in a silicone shell, made for pelvic floor exercise. The weight inside shifts as you walk, and the muscles respond to that without you thinking about it. The tapered tip makes insertion easy and the retrieval loop stays outside. Black, and sealed to IPX7.

A little water-based lubricant goes a long way, and it will not harm the silicone.
Water does it no harm, so wash it thoroughly with a mild soap and dry it before it is put away.
