An extension sleeve in the middle size of the three Get Real offers, made from TPE that is soft and stretchy enough to pull into shape rather than fit exactly. It adds both length and thickness, and the stretch is what lets one size cover a range of anatomy. Transparent, so it shows what it is doing.
Reach for water-based lubricant: TPE does not tolerate oil-based or silicone-based formulas.
Warm water and a neutral soap are enough; dry it fully before putting it away.
