Pink silicone over an ABS core, curved along its length and thickest just below the tip. The rounded head gives full contact instead of a single point, and the whole unit is waterproof, which makes cleaning straightforward. Ten vibration functions sit on one button, power on another. Two AAA batteries come with it.
