The Dewey Double from Intense links a 3.5 cm ring for the shaft with a 2.5 cm ring for the testicles in one flexible silicone piece. It is 5 cm long overall, so it stays discreet under the body during sex. The two loops share the pressure between the shaft and the testicles for a close, even fit.

Reach for a water-based lubricant, because a silicone one degrades a silicone surface on contact.
Warm water and a neutral soap are enough; dry it fully before putting it away.
