A manual pump, worked by hand rather than by motor: you place the cylinder, squeeze, and the suction draws blood to the area. The supplier is blunt that a good seal takes a high level of pressure, and that the seal is the whole business – without it nothing happens. The set comes with two interchangeable cups, a hose and the pump; the cup is 8.5 cm across, 6.0 cm inside.
