This is the plain Sona 2, without the Cruise reserve: sonic waves rather than direct vibration, through a mouthpiece made deeper and softer than the first version. Extra soft silicone, and 99 by 87 by 56 mm.
Keep silicone-based lubricant off it and use a water-based formula instead.
Warm water and a neutral soap are enough; the waterproof body takes a full rinse without complaint.
