Osian One in lilac is a single kegel ball: covered in silicone, worn internally, with no motor, no battery and nothing to charge. The training comes from holding it in place, which makes this the plainest kind of pelvic floor equipment there is – one material, one job, and nothing that can run flat.
A little water-based lubricant goes a long way, and it will not harm the silicone.
Mild soap, warm water, and a proper dry are the whole of its upkeep.
