The turquoise Osian One is a single kegel ball covered in silicone, worn internally and used for pelvic floor training. Nothing switches on and nothing charges: this is a weight to be held rather than a toy to be operated, and the ball does its part simply by being in place.
Water-based lubricant keeps the silicone intact, which a silicone-based one would not.
Wash it after use with warm water and a soap that has no perfume in it, then dry it off.
