The lilac Osian Three is a set of kegel balls under a silicone covering, worn internally for pelvic floor work. It is equipment rather than a gadget: no buttons, no modes, nothing to charge and nothing to replace. It can be kept in while you go about ordinary things, which is where the training actually happens.
