Tango is a cock ring with a bullet set into it, positioned so the vibration reaches the clitoris during sex rather than sitting off to one side. It runs on AG3 batteries, supplied in the box, and the supplier puts the noise under 30 dB. Body-safe silicone, fully submersible, with around two hours of battery life on a set.
Specifications

The silicone surface takes water-based lubricant well, but a silicone-based formula will damage it.
Mild soap, warm water, and a proper dry are the whole of its upkeep.
