Nina Cup Pink L is a reusable silicone menstrual cup that collects flow instead of absorbing it, as an alternative to tampons and pads. Size L holds 30 ml and can be worn for up to 12 hours. Boil it for 3 minutes before use and fold it into a U shape to insert it comfortably.
Water-based lubricant suits the silicone; oil-based and silicone-based ones do not.
A neutral soap and warm water keep the silicone in good condition; dry it off before it is put away.
