A finger vibrator from Ohmama: it slips over a fingertip and houses a small bullet, so the hand guides the vibration wherever it is wanted. The bullet reaches 11,000 rpm and stays under 60 dB, and the sleeve is soft silicone. It measures 9.8 x 5 cm and runs on 3 LR44 button batteries, which come included.
