The Ultimate Milker is an automatic stroker: a motor rotates the sleeve around the shaft instead of asking you to do the work. A transparent window in the housing shows what is happening inside. The inner sleeve is ribbed TPR with a closed end, which builds suction as the rotation runs, and rotation speed and pattern are set from the body of the unit.

The TPR sleeve takes a water-based lubricant; oil and silicone lubricants degrade that material.
The sleeve washes out under warm water, but the motor housing must never be submerged – wipe it down, and let the two parts dry separately.
