Bertram is about as simple as a vibrating ring gets: a silicone ring, an ABS bullet that sits in it, and one button to switch the thing on and off. Nothing to pair and nothing to charge. The ring holds at the base of the shaft while the bullet supplies the vibration.
Water-based lubricant is the only kind that leaves silicone as it found it.
Hand wash the silicone with a gentle unscented soap and dry it before it goes away.
