Elvira is a set of vibrating kegel balls in purple silicone, made to train and tone the pelvic floor while you enjoy it. Twelve vibration functions cover a range of speeds and patterns: use the preset modes or create your own in the free phone app, which also lets a partner take control from a distance. The battery charges over USB instead of being swapped out.

Water-based lubricant keeps the silicone intact, which a silicone-based one would not.
Rinse it under running water with a mild soap — the seal is made for it — and dry it fully afterwards.
